RV Inspector Jared Meeker 3488

Hello, I am Jared Meeker, owner of I90 RV Inspections, located in Upstate New York. I am an RV enthusiast and enjoy the freedom this lifestyle brings along with helping educate and empower others in their RV journey. I am a Certified NRVIA RV Inspector and a Registered RV Service Technician successfully completed all required training at the National Recreational Vehicle Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, Texas.

I90 RV Inspections provides inspections and a complete diagnosis for all types of RVs. Our comprehensive inspection report includes life safety items, major systems function, possible water intrusion, and more. There are 50 to 265+ points of inspection, depending on the type of unit and the level of inspection you choose. This service is an unbiased independent third-party inspection that can highlight the RV’s features and potential liabilities. This service can result in you saving money from unexpected problems. Our inspection reports are fair, impartial, and professional and comply with the NRVIA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Premier RV Inspection

Premium RV Inspection is the most thorough inspection service, providing a detailed analysis of the RV’s overall condition, and assesses life safety, critical systems, all appliances, furniture, and exterior including looking for potential water intrusion along with delamination. It thoroughly assesses more than 125 points of inspection and generates a report with 60-100 photos. It is a complete inspection and usually takes all day.

If you are thinking of buying a new or a pre-owned RV, let’s make sure the RV is worth your investment. When it comes to looking at RV’s, you don’t know what you don’t know, let I90 RV Inspections do a complete inspection and develop an in-depth inspection report to help you make that informed decision on purchasing that RV.

Essential RV Inspection

The Essential RV Inspection is a more general overview of what to expect from a prospective RV purchase, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the RV’s basic features. I will inspect most mechanical systems and perform a complete safety check, ensuring that you’re aware of defective components that may impede your future travels or require expensive repairs. It assesses more than 75 points of inspection and generates a report with 20-40 photos.

RV Seller or Current Owner Inspection

Having your RV inspected before it goes up for sale is always a great idea. You’ll find out what should be repaired or replaced. Then, you can either do so or disclose the issues upfront. This service will enhance buyer confidence and make it more likely that you’ll get a quick sale. I can also inspect your current RV simply to provide a list of items that need your attention regarding regular maintenance or before your RV warranty runs out.

Finance, Insurance, and Warranty Inspections

Many companies that provide critical aspects of your RV purchase require their own inspection process. This requirement is common for lenders, insurers, and warranty companies. If you buy a new RV, you’ll also want to consider getting your own Warranty Inspection before the manufacturer’s warranty runs out. Contact me to learn more.

Fluid Analysis

Your RV requires several types of fluid, and all of them are critical for proper performance. Internal part wear and excessive fluid contamination can lead to expensive repairs. The only way to determine if these potential issues exist is by conducting a professional fluid analysis.

We offer this RV inspection service for engine oil, transmission oil, engine coolant, generator oil, generator coolant, hydraulic oil and the Aqua-Hot coolant. NRVIA Certified Inspectors are trained to conduct a proper RV fluid analysis to ultimately save buyers a lot of money. If purchasing a travel trailer or 5th wheel trailer consider having fluid analysis done on the engine oil, engine coolant and transmission oil of your tow vehicle for peace of mind.

Client Testimonials

Being a former Property Manager, the job Jared did in reviewing our new RV was fantastic. My wife was so relieved with the results she had no reluctance to take it away. The review was thorough and complete with vids and pics, enough for me to know what the dealership expected ME to do and check for that Jared could not (BU Camera and TPMS). The report was completed and sent to us late that night, for us to review the very next day. Jared is professional, courteous, friendly, and explanatory about his work before and after the inspection. We got his name and company from a former client, and would refer any future buyers to him for any Inspection. Thank you so much Jared!!

Thank you so much for doing such a detailed and thorough inspection of the new RV that Galen and I are purchasing. I had a few people ask me why would Galen and I pay for an independent inspection on a brand new travel trailer. I answered simply because I want to know everything was correct and everything works as intended from the factory prior to signing for a very expensive purchase. Your report showing the testing of the voltage of all the outlets, inspecting all the seals and verifying all the plumbing was working as intended was even more comprehensive than I anticipated. I didn’t want to leave the lot with this new trailer and discover the slides don’t work correctly or seals aren’t going to keep the weather out etc. Then we have to bring it back and have the dealership make it right and be out that time with our new trailer, even if they would service it quickly, we already have our first trip booked for the end of the month! Your inspection covered things I would never have even thought to test. (Like microwaving a cup of water!) I’m so very grateful and I will recommend anyone in the New York / Northern PA area on the RV communities I belong to get in touch with you for an inspection.

Jared was responsive right from our first contact. He was friendly and easy-going in demeanor. He inspected a Tiffin Wayfarer 2020 for us. He was timely for inspection arrival, professional, flexible with our scheduling issues, and very knowledgeable about the rig. He sent us paperwork ahead of time so we could understand and know what he would be doing. His inspection was very thorough (interior and exterior), and we received an informative report with multiple pictures of the inspection and RV. Additionally, we walked away with a report that will also help when troubleshooting future issues (because of all of the pictures). It was money well spent and we would recommend Jared without reservation.
